As a Cybersecurity Presales professional, your main responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to customers and prospects. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating how Cybersecurity solutions can meet those requirements, and identifying potential challenges or roadblocks that may arise during implementation.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and create customized solutions that meet those needs.
- Providing product demonstrations to customers and prospects, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Cybersecurity solutions.
- Leading technical discussions with customers to identify requirements, understand their IT environments, and identify potential integration points with Cybersecurity solutions.
- Supporting the RFP and RFI process, including preparing technical responses to customer questions and requirements.
